Sinopsis

En un rincón de Sant Joan d’Alacant, la finca de Pedro José se convierte en el escenario donde se entrelazan los destinos de hombres y mujeres marcados por la Guerra Civil. A través de pequeños gestos y grandes decisiones, sus protagonistas nos sumergen en un relato de lucha, resistencia y humanidad, en el que la solidaridad y el sacrificio intentan abrirse paso entre el miedo y el dolor.

Desde las cigarreras que defienden sus derechos laborales hasta los líderes que buscan un traspaso pacífico de poder, Bajo las raíces de la viña reconstruye un momento clave de nuestra historia, recordándonos que, incluso en los tiempos más oscuros, hay quienes luchan por la dignidad y la paz. Una obra que conecta el pasado con el presente, invitando al público a reflexionar sobre la memoria y la importancia de no olvidar nuestras raíces.

Datos

El proyecto es un encargo del Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan d’Alacant para la inauguración del refugio antiaéreo de la Finca Pedro José el día 5 de septiembre del 2023. Se realizaron cerca de una veintena de representaciones durante los años 2023 y 2024.
